He is a highly trained and experienced network administrator/engineer. Ken is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and supporting network systems for our clients. He successfully completed computerized business system and networking courses at Computer Learning Center of Alexandria, VA in 1996. Ken has been with the firm since 2000. Prior to that, he served as Network Engineer for a resident computer company. With twelve years of PC business networking experience under his belt, he has worked with many types of computer hardware, ranging from small computers to large multi-server networks and their respective applications. He implements and continues to support systems for tri-state industries that include medical, dental, emergency services, manufacturing, accounting, architectural, contractors, law firms, and environmental services, among others. In addition to assisting our clients, Ken manages the network and information systems of ACM&I. He strives to maintain zero downtime to facilitate peak employee productivity. SupervisorRyan Lewis is a Certified Public Accountant that started his career with ACMI in January of 2018. He began his career as a staff accountant, advanced to senior staff accountant, and is currently a supervisor.
Ryan specializes in income tax and financial statement preparation as well as financial planning for corporations and partnerships, including multi-state tax returns. His areas of practice include tax, compilation, review, and audit engagements. He has a diverse experience in several industries including not-for-profit, construction, and retail.
Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in management from Towson University in 2007. He earned his master’s degree in accounting and business services from Towson University in 2016 and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2019.
His professional memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. He also serves as a board member and treasurer of Habitat for Humanity of Washington County.

SupervisorMichele D. Kendle joined the firm in October 2002 through the purchase of a local accounting firm. She has over 18 years of public accounting experience. Her specialities include payroll and accounting services for all types of business entities, large and small. She also has experience in income tax preparation for corporations, partnerships and individuals. Firm AdministratorPamela L. Bothell joined the firm in 1986 and has successfully proven her leadership abilities in each of her assigned positions with the firm. During her 29 years with the firm, her positions have included accounting services staff, accounting services manager, staff accountant, senior accountant, supervisor, and firm administrator. Pam's professional strengths include accounting and tax services for corporate, partnership, and individual clients. In addition to accounting services and income tax preparation, she has performed tax planning for businesses, as well as individuals. She has diversified experience in such industries as professional practices, retail trades, real estate, and construction. She received her degree in accounting from the Altoona School of Commerce. With Pam's long tenure at the firm and her leadership abilities, as well as her knowledge of the firm, including accounting procedures, policies, and staff issues, it makes her an excellent firm administrator. Her responsibilities and duties pertain primarily to one goal, which affects the entire firm - insuring that the tools are in place for the timely and efficient completion and delivery of quality services to all clients.Kenneth S. Systems Administrator/ConsultantKenneth S. Murphy is a computer network and hardware consultant at Albright Crumbacker Moul & Itell. He is a highly trained and experienced network administrator/engineer. Ken is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and supporting network systems for our clients. He successfully completed computerized business system and networking courses at Computer Learning Center of Alexandria, VA in 1996. Ken has been with the firm since 2000. Prior to that, he served as Network Engineer for a resident computer company. With twelve years of PC business networking experience under his belt, he has worked with many types of computer hardware, ranging from small computers to large multi-server networks and their respective applications. He implements and continues to support systems for tri-state industries that include medical, dental, emergency services, manufacturing, accounting, architectural, contractors, law firms, and environmental services, among others. In addition to assisting our clients, Ken manages the network and information systems of ACM&I. He strives to maintain zero downtime to facilitate peak employee productivity. This is accomplished by proactive monitoring and continually developing efficient practices for the firm's systems.

Kert Shipway is a Certified Public Accountant who received his bachelor of science degree in accounting from Frostburg State University in 1988.Mr. Shipway has been in public accounting since December of 1988. In September of 1999 he was appointed to the position of Manager of the Tax and Accounting areas and became a Partner in 2004. His accounting and auditing areas of practice include the planning and conducting of for-profit entity audits, reviews, and compilation engagements. His tax and consulting experience includes financial and retirement planning for individuals; corporate, estate, and individual tax planning and preparation, including the preparation of multi-state tax returns; and consulting for non-public, closely-held businesses.
